Why it’s on the route
Holaste! began in 2017 as a hand-built coffee cart run by Catalina España and Sony Guineo and now roasts on a 6 kg machine, supplying cafés and hotels across Magallanes. The café on Carlos Bories serves espresso, filter and pour-over, and roasting can be seen on site. Co-founder Sony Guineo is a national latte-art champion.
