Why it’s on the route
Puelo was founded by Tomás Guilisasti and brothers Benjamín and Tomás Bravo, who named it after a river in Patagonia and follow a 'slow coffee' approach. Its Vitacura roastery uses an all-electric roaster set behind glass, with tastings and a coffee lab open to visitors. Puelo won the 2025 SCA Coffee Design Award in the Spaces category.
