Café San Alberto grows and roasts coffee from its own Hacienda San Alberto in Buenavista, Quindío, selecting cherries through a five-step 'quíntuple selección'. Its Cartagena café on Plaza de Santo Domingo, opened in 2022, has baristas brewing Chemex, siphon and V60 at the table, plus Hario cold drip and La Marzocco espresso. It serves no plastic in-house and sources pastries from nearby.
