Why it’s on the route
Pergamino is run by the Echavarría family, coffee growers in Antioquia who also export and work with more than 1,500 producers, and it roasts its best lots lightly for its own shops. The Vía Primavera flagship in El Poblado serves Chemex, French press, AeroPress and siphon alongside cold brew. Its newest café at Wake El Tesoro added a Diedrich roaster in 2025 for training and small test batches.
