Why it’s on the route
Cogito was founded in 2014 by Matija Belković, Hannah Powlison Belković and barista Matija Hrkać, and roasts its own coffee at its own roastery. The Varšavska shop serves filter coffee in Chemex and V60 alongside espresso, with a rotating single estate and a house blend. The space is minimalist, set in the passage between Varšavska and Masarykova streets.
