Kava Family roasts its own coffee at a roastery in Split and serves it at the Kava2 café, run by Ivana and Marko. Two blends are on offer, a chocolatey Brazil and a fruitier Ethiopia, with single origins from Costa Rica, Ethiopia and Papua New Guinea sold as beans. A sister café, Kava 37, sits on Hvar.
