Why it’s on the route

Cafetoria roasts its own coffee at a roastery in Lohja, opened in 2002, with head roaster Iván shaping both the coffee profiles and the café's gelato. The Töölö bar offers filter and espresso roasts from a rotating list of roughly 15 to 20 coffees, with a focus on Latin America and long-running Peruvian relationships. It sits in a 1925 Art Deco brick building with a Portuguese-tiled floor.
