Craft Coffee Roaster was founded in 2013 by Lok Chan, the 2017 World Cup Tasters Champion, who visits coffee farms each year to buy for the roastery. The Tai Kok Tsui café sits in the West 9 Zone development on Cherry Street, with a second shop in Wan Chai. Alongside the Honeycomb espresso blend, the menu leans on single origins from Kenya, Ethiopia, Costa Rica and Panama, such as a washed Kenya Kathakwa SL28/SL34.
