Why it’s on the route
Espresso Alchemy is the Melbourne-inspired coffee bar started by Peter Law, who learned to roast in Melbourne and has judged the Hong Kong Barista and Roasting Championships. Its beans come from the group's own Roasters Alchemy roastery in Kwai Chung, which runs one Giesen for espresso blends and another for single origins. The small Quarry Bay shop is espresso-led, with cold brew and Colombian ice drip also on the menu.
