Saturn Coffee Roaster grew out of its owner's self-taught hobby, which began with hand-net roasting at home and now runs on a direct-fire roaster. The bean selection changes monthly and is sorted by origin and by fruity, winey or nutty profile, with recent lots from Kenya, Ethiopia and Colombia. The Kwun Tong waterfront café bakes its own pastries, from bagels to Earl Grey scones.
