Why it’s on the route

Sang Roastery is a micro-roastery in a quiet corner of To Kwa Wan, named after Sang Cheong, the dried seafood shop run by the owner's parents. Behind the red logo and glass French doors, the room nods to an old Hong Kong bing sutt, and the shop roasts a wide range of beans in-house for brewed coffee and for sale by the bag.
