Why it’s on the route

G-Shot is a roastery café in leafy Assagao where resident roaster Siddharth Munjal roasts single origins in-house, including medium-light lots from Ratnagiri Estate and organic coffee from Hoysala Estate in Chikmagalur. The airy, fan-cooled space sits among greenery, with home-baked cakes and a hot chocolate made from Kerala-grown cacao.
