Nada occupies a roughly 100-year-old house in Fontainhas, Panaji's Latin Quarter, run by Aakarsh Choubey and Ridima Khandelwal. Its 45 Tasting Room serves a three-course coffee tasting menu of coffees from India's growing regions and roasters, in handcrafted porcelain from the studio's own collection, which is also on sale.
