Why it’s on the route

Curio opened in October 2020 as owner Chris Leow's 'little space to roast beans', a loft of under 600 sq ft at the top of a spiral staircase in Sentul's Rivercity, next to a yoga studio. The roaster takes up about a quarter of the room, and the beans are sold in-store and online. Pour-over and espresso are served, the iced Aerocano is the signature, and the light-filled room has kokedama and a small balcony garden.
