You start at a tiered tasting table of beans and flasks, sampling coffees from Colombian Gesha to jackfruit-forward local Liberica before ordering, with the roasting and packing room off the entrance. The bar brews on V60, Orea, AeroPress and siphon, and even offers water samples to show how water changes the cup.
