Why it’s on the route

Curva began as a roasting house selling whole-bean coffee before brothers Luciano and Jorge turned the Artículo 123 space into a café. The roasting room sits at the back and guests can step in to watch, and the bar pours filter coffees such as a washed Ethiopian alongside a cardamom moka and cold-brew experiments. Cuppings for about eight people are held roughly every two weeks, and food is kept to sweet bread so the coffee stays central.
