Why it’s on the route

Cucurucho started as a family grocery in 1977 and moved into coffee through the owner's son, now roasting at Casa del Fuego on a Probat roaster. It buys only Mexican coffees through relationships with farms in Chiapas, Oaxaca, Guerrero and Veracruz. The roastery café was built so baristas can test roasts and brew methods such as siphon and Nel drip.
