Founded in 2013 by Singaporeans Javier Phua and Melissa Koh, EASY pairs its Yangon café with Gentleman Coffee Roasters, which started in 2016 on a Diedrich IR-5 and aims for sweet, clean roasts. The filter menu uses Hario V60, Chemex and AeroPress alongside espresso on a La Marzocco Linea PB, with coffees from more than a dozen origins plus Myanmar lots. The café is a relaxed room with sofas and background music.
