Folk roasts its own coffee, starting with beans from other roasters before buying and later upgrading its own machine. It offers a Colombia, Brazil and Mexico blend and single origins from Rwanda, Guatemala and Ethiopia. The café sits in the foyer of a co-working building, with a central bench table for sharing.
