Why it’s on the route
DeLaFinca was founded around 2016 in Managua by Heberto Rivas and Mayerling Gurdián, fourth-generation coffee growers whose family farm near San Juan de Río Coco supplies the cafés. It now runs five Managua cafés in two formats, Coffee Bar and Coffee Lab, offering a range of roasts and processing styles.
