Why it’s on the route
Selección Nicaragüense was founded by coffee farmer Enrique Ferrufino and Manuel Arocas Sánchez and roasts all of its coffee in Matagalpa. It draws on six farms, three of them Ferrufino's own (La Aurora, El Encanto and Magnolia), and serves drip coffee and a washed Catuai espresso from Finca La Aurora.
