Why it’s on the route
Origen was founded in 2013 by Gino Kanashiro and Jessica Tejada and roasts only Peruvian coffees, naming farms and producers on its menu. Espresso and pour-over are the core of the bar, and whole-bean sales are a strong part of the Miraflores shop. It is work-friendly, with wifi.
