Puku Puku is a Lima roaster founded in 2020 that buys direct-trade microlots from Peruvian smallholders and roasts them itself. The La Mar branch in Miraflores carries the 'Tostaduría' name and works as an espresso bar with desserts. The space is cosy and built partly from recycled materials.
