Why it’s on the route

Black was founded in 2017 by Mario Adamčík and roasts its own coffee, changing its lineup about every two months and buying only small lots. The Gorkého café brews filter on batch brew, including an anaerobic natural Rwandan on a recent visit, and sells five or six single origins as beans. It is a small, busy room with window seats.
