Why it’s on the route
Goriffee began as a flying roastery by three friends inspired by Rwandan coffee and now roasts on a Giesen W15A with Cropster profiling in an industrial space outside Bratislava. It also sources from Kenya, Tanzania and Ethiopia. The Košická café is its brew bar, offering filter, cold drip, nitro and espresso.
