Why it’s on the route

Pražarna began as a roastery and later added a café, and now runs three roasters, two for samples and one for production. Beans arrive from Ethiopia, Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala and Kenya, from everyday blends to competition-grade lots. Staff match coffee to the guest's taste and hold occasional Friday cuppings.
