Why it’s on the route

Stow roasts light at its own roastery in Kamnik, founded by Aleš Turšič, and runs this café in the covered courtyard of the Ljubljana City Museum. The filter menu is brewed by V60 and has included single origins such as a Panama Geisha, and bags of beans are sold on site. Sprudge has called the roastery a centre of experimental roasting in Slovenia.
