Why it’s on the route
Hola Coffee was founded in 2016 by Pablo Caballero and Nolo Botana, and roasts at its own roastery in Lucero. The Lagasca café is the ranked branch; filter at Hola has been brewed on Kalita Wave, and seasonal coffees range from classic origins to experimental lots. The founders hold Spanish barista and roasting champion titles.
