Why it’s on the route
The Coffee Lab is Nømad's original bar in El Born, opened in 2014 by Jordi Mestre, who started the brand from a coffee cart in London. Nømad roasts its own coffee and the bar serves a single-origin filter of the day next to espresso. It is a small, narrow space with limited seating, and the roaster's SCA training academy is attached.
