Why it’s on the route
Three Marks was founded in 2018 by Marc Aguyé, Marco de Rebotti and Marco Paccagnella, and now roasts on its own Loring machine. It works closely with Long Miles Coffee on Burundian and Rwandan lots and serves filter and batch brew alongside espresso. The Fort Pienc café has two floors with big windows, high ceilings and an industrial, plant-filled look.
