Drop Coffee was founded by Joanna Alm in 2009 and began roasting on a 1 kg machine behind this bar; today it roasts on a 25 kg Diedrich at its own organic-certified roastery north of Stockholm. It buys only from single farms and cooperatives scoring 86 or higher and publishes the FOB prices it pays. The Mariatorget café has a filter bar brewing on demand alongside espresso, with pastries from a neighbouring bakery.
