Why it’s on the route
Stockholm Roast was founded in 2011 by Johan Montan Ahlgren and Øner Kulbay and moved to the Slakthusområdet meatpacking district in 2020. It roasts in small batches with a stated focus on sourcing, and coffee and open sandwiches are served close to the roasting drum. Falstaff's 2026 guide scored its coffee 39 out of 40.
