Carrot is a laid-back café on Ratchamanka Road, a few minutes' walk from Chiang Mai Gate, with two floors of tables and sofas and an enclosed back courtyard. Every coffee on bar is roasted by Carrot: a light blend of Ethiopian and Chiang Mai beans, a medium Pang Khon-Brazil roast and a dark Thep Sadej. The signature Carrot No. 1 tops espresso with cream-cheese foam and carrot-cookie crumble.
