La Cabra, the Danish roaster founded in Aarhus, opened its first café outside Denmark in an old shophouse on Charoen Krung Road in Talat Noi. Single-origin coffees, leaning South American, are roasted with one profile per coffee for both espresso and filter, and served from a bar clad in the brand's green tiles. The fit-out keeps the building's raw finishes, with subtle Thai touches and Scandinavian pastries.
