Why it’s on the route
Gallery Drip Coffee is a pour-over-only bar inside the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre, with a long counter in an oddly shaped room. Its single origins are roasted in-house, mostly light and fruity, using Thai and imported beans, and brewed on the V60. In place of a latte, a Thai house blend is brewed on a Melitta and served with steamed milk.
