Parsa Coffee Roasters opened in Karaköy in 2020 and roasts its own coffee; co-founder and head roaster Parsa Abedini won the 2025 SCA Türkiye Coffee Roasting Championship. Hand brews come in three cupping-score tiers, the top one 90+, prepared on V60, Kalita, AeroPress, Origami, siphon, Clever or Chemex. Olive-green walls, worn wooden counters and soft daylight give it a calm, library-like feel.
