Julith opened its Al Quoz roastery and brew lounge in August 2025, with Turkish Barista Champion Serkan Sagsoz roasting small batches on site. The espresso bar pairs a chocolate-forward house blend with two rotating single origins, and a slow bar pours V60s of rare lots, some aged up to a year. Milk is concentrated by rotovap, and an all-day food menu runs alongside.
