Subko Specialty Coffee Roasters and Bakehouse

Why it’s on the route

Subko, the Mumbai roaster and bakehouse, opened its first UAE site at Alserkal Avenue in late 2025, roasting on a custom Giesen in full view of guests. The focus is coffee and cacao from smallholder cooperatives in the Indian subcontinent, poured from a tap system of rotating batch pour-overs, with a cupping room upstairs. Sourdough, croissants and bean-to-bar chocolate are made on site across two levels of themed rooms.
