Be Bright is run by Frank La, the 2024 US Barista Champion, and was already roasting and had won the 2021 US Cold Brew Championship before opening this Melrose shop in 2022. Coffee is roasted on site every Tuesday and served as classic espresso drinks, pour-over and cold-foam iced lattes, with seasonal creations like a strawberry-Sichuan espresso tonic, in a community-minded room that even has a small kids' play area.
