Café Cà Phê

Why it’s on the route

Café Cà Phê was started by Jackie Nguyen in fall 2020 as a pop-up table and coffee cart, billed as Kansas City's first Vietnamese coffee shop, and opened this Columbus Park storefront in August 2022. The menu centres on Vietnamese-style drinks such as a traditional phin drip with condensed milk and robusta cold brew, served in a colourful room hung with work by local artists.
