Why it’s on the route
Blip was founded by Ian Davis in 2014 as a wholesale roaster in the West Bottoms and, after a fire and a pandemic closure, reopened in 2020 in a roughly 19,000-square-foot warehouse on Woodswether Road. Coffee is roasted in the back of the space, the bar sits among leather couches and displayed motorcycles, and riding gear is sold on site; a weekly Sunday bike meet regularly fills the street outside.
