Colectivo Coffee on the Square
Madison · Capitol Square, United States
Why it’s on the route
Colectivo is a Milwaukee-based roaster that operated as Alterra until 2013, when it renamed itself after selling the Alterra name. Its Madison café on Pinckney Street faces the Capitol Square and serves the company's own Milwaukee-roasted coffee as espresso and batch brew, with a regular café menu.
