Why it’s on the route

Gabee is a small specialty coffee lab and café run by roaster Ho Young, Q grader Hyo Jung and barista Yuri. Core coffees are roasted twice a week, while rarer lots such as Panama Geishas and Cup of Excellence coffees are roasted to order. The team holds CQI's Q Processing Generalist certification and runs private tasting sessions with guided pour-overs and cupping.
