Why it’s on the route
Grou is the Coral Gables café of Per'La Specialty Roasters, founded in 2015 by University of Miami friends Paul Massard and Chris Nolte, who roast on a 15-kilo Loring Falcon in the Bird Road Art District. The café pours Per'La's coffees as espresso drinks and affogatos with fresh croissants and pastries, and doubles as a co-working space.
