Why it’s on the route
Panther Coffee was founded in 2010 by Joel and Leticia Pollock, who had worked in coffee in Portland and, for Leticia, her native Brazil, and it was Miami's first small-batch specialty roaster. The Wynwood café is the flagship, serving the chocolatey East Coast and brighter West Coast espresso blends, Cuban-style cortaditos without added sugar, and filter coffee by Chemex and Kalita Wave.
