Hub was started by Mark Trujillo and family in 2009 in a tiny Midtown Reno garage and has grown into the city's flagship specialty roaster, with production on Vassar Street. The Riverside café is the brand's flagship, with seating along the Truckee River, and other Hub cafés include a roastery café in the Reno Experience District.
