Kalesa started as a Filipino pop-up and now runs a tiny shop at the back of the Gotham Building near the Fremont Bridge. Its roasts include a Philippine-grown blend, and the drinks draw on Filipino flavors, from a calamansi espresso tonic and yema caramel latte to coconut cold brew with ube whip, with pastries from Filipino bakers.
