Lavender Coffee Boutique on South Pearl Street was founded by Lindsey Sozio, who brought an interior-design background to its grey-toned room with zigzag blond-wood floors. The shop roasts its own beans, including single origins and its best-selling Pearl Street Blend, and makes its own syrups such as fig and rose. Half coffee bar, half boutique, it also sells natural skincare and wellness goods.
