Why it’s on the route
Little Owl opened in 2013 and began roasting its own beans in 2018, favouring fruity, natural-process single origins alongside its chocolatey, citrusy Penrose blend. The LoDo shop on Blake Street is one of three Denver locations. The house signature is an espresso tonic made with local Strongwater tonic, and pastries come from Denver bakeries including LoDough.
