Blue Sparrow Coffee

Why it’s on the route

Blue Sparrow is owned by coffee-industry veteran Jeffrey Knott and has a design-led look, with patterned grey tile and dark wood tables in its compact RiNo shop on Blake Street. Instead of manual brews it serves espresso and drip from rotating featured roasters, plus an on-tap nitro iced coffee. Pastries come from Hearth Bakery, and a small charge on single-use cups funds sustainability work.
